		<description>It means that you can split the two numbers (which pays 17 to 1).  The arrows on that model aren&#039;t really there on a roulette table, but are shown in the model to show street (ie. one of the lines of 3 numbers) and column (one of the three rows of 12 numbers) bets.  The 0 and 00 dont fit into the 12 by 3 grid with the other numbers, so they are in a line of 2 numbers instead of 3 numbers.  Since there is no 3rd number in that row, you cannot place a street bet (covering all 3 numbers in the row), but are left betting on only two numbers, which makes it a split bet instead of a street bet.   The drawing is just illustrating that you can split the numbers 0 and 00.</description>
