I live in Las Vegas and am only aware of one casino that has an actual single zero roulette wheel. The electronic roulette machines are all over the place though, and they are all single zero.

Double zero roulette is common in U.S. casinos and one-zero roulette is common in other countries. The double zero is the greater disadvantage to the player because the payout is 1/35 ($35 for every $1 bet) but you have an extra space on the board.

two and one-eighth percent. simply put every bet (except 0,1,2,3,4 ) on a double zero table is .0525 casino edge. take away on way to lose and the odds are cut in half.
